Send the review URL, the exact sentence you believe is wrong, and a link to the primary source that shows the correct figure. Fee schedules change frequently and we would rather hear about it from you than from a reader who funded an account on stale information.
Missing or new products
Suggestions for products to review are welcome. Include the official website and the jurisdictions the product actually serves. A suggestion is not a commitment to review, and it never buys a favourable score.
Security
Never send private keys, seed phrases, exchange credentials, API secrets or account statements. If you are reporting a vulnerability in a reviewed platform, report it to that platform first; we will not publish exploit details that put user funds at risk while a fix is pending.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover funds, contact an exchange on your behalf, unfreeze an account, or advise on whether a particular trade or product suits your circumstances. For account disputes, go to the platform's own complaints process and, where one exists, the relevant financial regulator or ombudsman in your country.
